With the player made mods and things I was just currious. For example if I choose the mod to change paragon wing color, would other people see that I created/ used that mod or just me?

P.S I am not quite sure on rules/regulations of the mods and would like you to know im not promoting them or against them but would like to tell ytou im not using them.... Just currious. ^^

If it involves using Texmod, don't worry about it. Anet won't ban you for it and it's well known across the community (at least on the fansites). Anyway, nobody else would see the wing color change except you. Same goes for any other Texmod mods you use.
